Red really IS nice for a car's color. Look at that photo you posted there. You see how the red car stood out against the sea of dark colored autos? Even if you put it at the back of the parking lot, it would have still stood out. Ferrari red is even better! You can also go with decals, but that will make your car look like it's for racing.
