New Lowered KE30

Got nothing to do yesterday...so i thought... should i install the lowering block myself (RM30)...or just send it to workshop (RM100)..

so.. i thought DIY is better for my wallet...

so the 2" U-Bolt is here from Kuching..

Tools... ready!

Opening the U-Bolt...

The diffrences between old one and new one...

Need to drill a bigger hole...cause the new u-bolt is bigger...

and to drill a bigger hole in the block...

So i sent it to machine shop and it only cost RM30...

Removing the absorber because the screw is stuck with the base of the spring...

And after couple of long hours installing that thing..

a lil bit camber... tadaa!!!

haha...nah... i wish they can be bend like that....
so, installing the u-bolt and block..this is the hard part...

And Vuallah!!

Nice..?

But its not really nice on bumpy road... need a harder absorber...

But..! i just got myself a set of 14" rims from Man KE30...
with new tires...!

And i paint it with black on the centre...

The results..? the rear offset is not really nice for the car... its inside the fender..

So i decided to put in some spacers...! luckily still have 2 at my house...as it came from the Unser before...

And vuallah!!

nice..?

Looks more cleaner...and more comfortable to drive... the cornering is also improving...

So, what do i need next..?
yeah!! a set of adjustable... ;)
