Break Fast with AK

Last saturday went break fast with all AK members.

Located at Taman Len Seng, Cheras. Tong Turbo Steak House (not real name) . Served with western food. Although it rained that night, the friendlyness in the air kept us warm for the rest of the night.

This is the first official dinner we had since AK was born

Bought at reasonable price, complete with aircond and wira carb for better economy. This should be my daily car soon.

Paint stripping Part II

So yesterday i got the chance to strip the other parts of the car

But i had to push it outside as paint removing process is better under sunlight

And i can see the old emblem "celica"

It was a sunny day, nooott good for me though.

Then it rained. A bit heavy to push it uphill back.

New concept

Looking for a concept for my SLIDERS

But still not sure yet

or should i use fender roll

or fender flare

and keep the engine bay like this

or should i just stick to rusty concept

But fo sho im gonna slammed the car to the max

More work on the STAR

So on Sunday i continued work on my Celica.

Removed 60% of the tar. Not in the mood today as i dont have my MP3 with me. Really bored..

Installed front hood and fender.

Rear bonnet

And stripped the paint on the right rear fender and roof

Not much work. Will continue next week

SLIDERS engine stripping

Another weekend for me to enjoy.

Yesterday got the chance to remove the engine.

Stuck at Kokdiang's workshop for the whole month.

Well today is the day to redeem the time.

Jacking up the car, removing all the attached part to the engine.

And plan to overhaul the engine

Messy bay. Need to clear it before installing my L series

Then AK Ojan arrived to install the thermowrap he bought

Squeezin into my tent.

One more thing to go

There goes my Weber. Its heavy though.. scrap? NOOOO

Then helped Ojan installin the thermowrap

Its just 2 more screws on my engine before i can jack the engine up

Finished installing the thermowrap. Itchy and kinda hassle to install this. + rain..

So i didnt finished my engine job. Will continue next saturday

Finished product predicted to be like this. Everything's the same. How low can i go? Lower than my E30...
